Our client, a professional services organisation, is looking for a Corporate Governance Assistant Manager to help provide exceptional board, secretarial and corporate governance support to various in-house entities contained within the group.

Ideally candidates will be ICSA / ACCA / STEP qualified with previous corporate governance and operational experience, possess excellent organisational and administration skills, have strong knowledge of the regulatory environments together with senior stakeholder experience.
