Our client is a leading Fund Administration business and they are looking for an Associate Director within their Compliance department to act as the main contact for the JFSC on the day to day regulatory matters for all managed entities and certified funds.
The ideal candidate would ideally be professionally qualified, have experience acting as a CO / MLRO / MLCO to regulated entities, have compliance monitoring / AML / CFT knowledge, be familiar with statutory and regulatory requirements for fund and trust company businesses together with team management exposure.
