This will involve buying shares off existing shareholders (mostly employees) rather than participating in primary equity financings.
This is a brand-new role to lead the operations function across the Group. The post-holder's responsibilities will include: owning deal execution and trading operations; working closely with product and engineering teams to design/ implement internal and 3rd party software; owning all operational projects inside the group; and hiring and managing an operations team.
