Our client is a leading Fund Administration business who are looking for a Manager to join their Compliance department and assist with compliance and risk management duties focusing on the regulatory obligations including AML and new business for all their managed entities.
The ideal candidate would ideally be professionally qualified, be able to take the lead on CDD collation and advice for the business, have experience providing periodic review and compliance monitoring oversight, be familiar with statutory and regulatory requirements for fund and trust company businesses together with team management expertise.
