Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced Director to join their growing Private Equity team in Jersey and help, by acting as a role model to the team, enhance key client relationships, facilitate new business proposals and drive forward the vision and values of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a Table 4 qualification, possess a detailed understanding of directorships, have a comprehensive grasp of private equity and venture capital together with a good knowledge of offshore company law and be able to demonstrate technical, leadership and management expertise.
