Our client is an international professional services organisation, who are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their Reward and Benefits team and help by collating market data for their salary and benefit reviews, assist in job matching, monitor KPI’s and other metrics in an accurate manner.

The ideal candidate will have a few years HR experience ideally supporting compensation and benefits areas within a professional environment, someone with solid IT and data management skills, who can work to tight deadlines with a very high level of accuracy.
