We’re hiring a Client Manager for an ambitious, expanding client organisation to take control of how new business lands — from first interaction through to approval and go-live.
What you’ll actually do:
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process (0–90 days)
- Be the key contact for clients, intermediaries and Directors
- Drive risk assessments, business cases and approvals
- Become a PlainSail Superuser – ensuring clean, accurate data
- Support marketing, events and client engagement activity
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years in fiduciary / financial services experience
- Strong organisational grip + ability to juggle multiple deals
- Confident, client-facing communicator
- Solid understanding of Jersey regulatory environment
- Proactive, detail-obsessed mindset
