Our client, an independent financial services provider, is currently seeking a Senior HR Administrator to work collaboratively with the Head of HR and provide a hands on generalist approach to all areas of HR administration including payroll, employee life cycle, resourcing and HR projects.

The ideal candidate will have previous HR administrative experience, preferably within financial services with a good grasp of HR systems, some payroll and benefits knowledge, an understanding of Jersey employment law together with the highest levels of confidentiality.
